What currency are the prices on the site?
All prices are listed in Euro.
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We do our best to ship items as quickly as possible. Please allow 3–5 days for production before your order ships.
Delivery within Portugal usually takes 2-3 working days, and international shipping can take up to 10 working days
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned?
If something arrives damaged or not quite right, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
If you have changed your mind, please contact Snoffie to arrange a return, the customer is responsible for the return postage.

Do you offer returns on personalized products?
Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is defective or damaged.
Please ensure all personalisation details are correct before placing your order, as we cannot make changes once production begins.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes! You may cancel your order without penalty if it has not yet gone into production.
If the order is already in production, cancellation will incur a 25% fee or 100% if a personalised item.
I entered an incorrect address, what should I do?
If you made a mistake when entering your shipping address, please reply to your order confirmation email as soon as possible or email us directly at info@snoffie.com.
If the incorrect address is reported within 24 hours, we can update it.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for orders shipped to an incorrect address after the 24-hour window.

Yes! We offer custom branding for events and businesses, and we work with retailers across Europe. Please get in touch here for more information.
